Transportation Services for the residents of Leisureville
Residents who are unable to drive, or lack the means of transportation may be eligible for transportation by community volunteers to local medical venues. The area served by our volunteers is bounded by Linton Blvd on the south: 10th Ave on the north: Hagan Ranch to the west and A1A on the East.
To qualify for transportation one must be a Resident in Leisureville. Residents should call the Caring Neighbors office at 561-556-6363 to arrange for an interview.
Volunteers are the key to the success of our volunteer driver program. Our drivers are often referred to as “the heart and soul” of our volunteer driver
program.
Our volunteers are the key for some of our neighbors to successfully get to and from a medical, dental, or other essential healthcare appointment. Our volunteer transportation program provides free, personalized, and safe transportation from volunteers who dedicate their time to assisting their neighbors with limited transportation options by a compassionate and patient volunteer driver.
